On July 29, BNSF Logistics, LLC, a U.S. exporter, awarded COSCO SHIPPING Lines with its 2020 Supplier Excellence Award in the Ocean Container service provider category. The Award is intended to recognize suppliers that have supported BNSF Logistics in its pursuit to provide the highest level of customer service and to meet and exceed the expectations of their customers.
BNSF praised COSCO SHIPPING Lines in its demonstration of excellence in maintaining capacity commitments, complying with service requirements, and proactively communicating with operations personnel for problem resolution.
Ms. Renata Roppo, Director of North Central Region Sales for COSCO SHIPPING Lines (North America)’s Global Sales and Trade Division accepted the award on behalf of COSCO SHIPPING Lines in BNSF’s Schaumburg, Illinois office.
