Established in 2001, COSCO SHIPPING Terminals (North America) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of COSCO SHIPPING (North America) Inc. Pacific Maritime Services is a joint venture between COSCO SHIPPING Terminals (North America), Stevedoring Services of America (“SSA Marine”) and CMA Terminal Links, providing terminal services to container vessels arriving at Pacific Container Terminal (PCT) located at Pier J in Long Beach, CA. PCT has over 256 acres, 14 ZPMC gantry cranes (50-65 ton capacity) and 39 fully automated truck lanes, with room for expansion.

West Basin Container Terminal LLC (WBCT) is a joint venture between COSCO SHIPPING North America, Yang Ming Marine Transport Corporation, and Ports America, Inc. Created in 2002, WBCT is mega ship ready and is capable of servicing up to 14,000 TEU vessels. With 4 berths and 315 acres, 15 Gantry Cranes, an On Dock Rail facility, on site full service Maintenance and Repair, WBCT is equipped to handle over 1 million lifts per year.

COSCO SHIPPING Terminals (USA), LLC was established in 2007 as a joint venture between China Shipping (North America) Holding Co., Ltd. and China Shipping Terminal Development (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd. SSA Terminals (Seattle) LLC (SSAT Seattle) is a joint venture between COSCO SHIPPING Terminals (USA), LLC, SSA Seattle, LLC and Matson Seattle, LLC, providing international and domestic terminal services to container vessels arriving at Terminal 30 (T30) in Seattle. T30 is located the East Waterway from Harbor Island, one block north of Spokane Street in Seattle, WA.
