2. Account Executive
Remote – Long Beach Area, CA Required
COSCO Shipping Lines is seeking an Account Executive to work remote in the Long Beach Area, CA.
Team Member Responsibilities:
• Covering Import and Export business in the Long Beach, CA area
• They will need to have the knowledge and understanding of COSCO's business profile
• They will be responsible to maintain and develop new business opportunities that will help the account executive reach their annual budget goals
• The account executive will be responsible for all sales products and tradelines we offer (TPTEB/TAT/ILA/Logistics)
• The account executive will need to be able to navigate themselves through our systems and keep files all in order with account information and sales activity
• They will need to provide all monthly/weekly/daily reports on time with accurate information

3.Export Traffic Coordinator
Houston, TX
COSCO SHIPPING (North America) Inc. is seeking an Export Traffic Coordinator to join the Export Traffic team.
Responsibilities:
•Handle correspondence and resolution of issues with terminals, vendors, customs, customers, as well as local and overseas offices.
•Manage vessel cleansing and reconciliation tasks, including but not limited to:
•Terminal and IRIS reports
•Verification of proper route/transshipments
•Tracking/tracing of all cargo for POLs handled by NAOC
•Trucker troubleshooting
•Cut-off monitoring and updates
•Vessel allocation monitoring
•Customer notices
Prepare and maintain various reports, including but not limited to:
•Daily TEU reports
•System-generated reports
•Checklists
•Vendor invoices
•Load lists, pre-stows, and special stowage reports
•CBFs, DCMs, Reefer manifests, etc.
Obtain all necessary regulatory requirements prior to shipment loading, such as:
•IMO certificates
•SDS (Safety Data Sheets)

•Process invoices, IJOS creation, and 3rd-party invoicing.
•Maintain department KPIs and ensure accurate record-keeping.

COSCO SHIPPING Lines (North America) is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Intermodal Coordinator to join our Land Operations team in Houston, TX. This position plays a key role in evaluating and processing railbills and ensuring seamless vendor communication and compliance with railroad protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
•Process vendor requests using COSCO’s railbill systems, including IRIS4 and NC23.
•Evaluate and process railbills, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
•Transmit EDI to railroads to facilitate trucker ingate procedures.
•Understand and adhere to railroad protocols related to railbilling.

8.Intermodal Coordinator
Houston, TX
COSCO SHIPPING Lines (North America) is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Intermodal Coordinator to support terminal operations and rail logistics.
This position plays a critical role in maintaining visibility between IRIS and terminal systems, ensuring smooth movement of both import and export cargo, minimizing dwell time, and coordinating with rail carriers and terminals to prevent shipment delays.
Key Responsibilities:
•Assist in overseeing operations between IRIS and terminal systems.
•Pull reports for import units idle at Hobart and ICTF; open tickets with railroads to prompt movement.
•Check terminal data against the ODR TER system to ensure cargo accuracy and readiness.
•Track idle units at Rule 11 interchange points and inland hubs and coordinate with railroads for timely load-outs.
•Coordinate on-dock rail cargo with terminals and rail carriers.
•Monitor and facilitate movement of ODR containers on both East and West Coasts for import and export loads.
•Support Supervisor with daily logistics duties and special projects.
•Utilize vessel schedules to set up cut lists for documentation as needed.
•Provide on-dock rail projections to terminals and railroads.
•Ensure railbilling is completed for FAK and DG shipments.
•Monitor TER reports for aging units, including IPI reefers, and push all containers through terminals promptly.
•Monitor railroad aging reports and address container dwell issues during transit.
•Coordinate with railroads to ensure timely train spotting and pulling to/from terminals.
•Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly inventory, dwell, discharge, ODR car balance, and IPI reports.
•Collaborate with internal and external teams including documentation, ICS, ECS, railroads, terminals, trucking companies, GSC, and COSA.
•Maintain complete working knowledge of IR4, vessel schedules, terminal operations, U.S. and Canadian railroads, 90+ rail ramps and terminals, railbilling, and drayage.
Key Performance Indicator (KPI):
•80% of ODR containers should depart within 48 hours of vessel ETD.
•Ensure all export containers meet terminal cutoff deadlines.
Qualifications:
